sortoro does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Money you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) arrives in full to your sortoro balance. Similarly, when you request a withdrawal, sortoro does not deduct a platform fee; the amount you request is transferred to your payment method without reduction. Note that your payment provider (mobile banking, local payment, etc.) or your bank may charge their own fees—those charges are separate and come from your provider, not sortoro. If a withdrawal fails or is reversed, contact your payment provider first; if the issue persists, our support team can investigate.
